My confidence level is at an all time high. I don’t have to “hide” in my clothes and I am no longer making excuses to “not” go to events or see old friends because I was ashamed of my body.

I have tried many diets without results, that is, until I tried the Ideal You Diet.  I am a menopausal, borderline diabetic woman, with several food allergies, chronic back pain, and yes over weight. Due to my health issues I needed to loose Weight.


I had tried a diet 9 years ago and lost 50 pounds. Unfortunately, I gained 30 pounds back.  I tried to lose the 30 pounds on my own, but walking and watching what I ate, was not working.  I have a friend who came to me wanting to loose weight too.  She wanted someone to diet with her and she wanted to do the Ideal You way.  So, I said sure, why not! In my mind I decided I was going to be more proactive after the diet, as not to repeat my mistakes from 9 years ago when I gained 30 of my 50 pounds back.


So, I called Health Source of Casper, WY and made an appointment with Kim. After meeting with Kim, and hearing her explain how the Ideal You program works, showed me the new recipe books that are loaded with recipes that the average every day person eats and are easy to fix with foods from the grocery store, and yes, taste good too, all the products, which had expanded, I knew I had the right diet coach for me.


Over the next 5 months, I was able to meet m goals and even break them, which was something I was not able to do 9 years ago  Thanks to Kim's knowledge of the diet, her energetic, positive, you can to it personality, I looked forward to the weekly weigh ins, along with eh weekly recipes sent to my email address, and the user friendly app, I was able to stay on track.


After loosing 46 pounds, 5 months later I have gained the normal 5-6 pounds that the diet predicts the average person gains back


I no longer have sugar cravings, and some of the foods I used to like to eat before the diet, I do not like now.  I have learned portion control and I try to eat the healthier choices that I learned from the Ideal You Diet.


I now feel Healthier, more energy, and I have less pain. Thank Ideal You and thanks to a wonderful diet coach named Kim!
